Service Description
The last thing anyone wants when moving into their new home is to find a mess they didn't make. Save yourself time and send us in to inspect your rooms, gather any forgotten items, take pictures, and clean up the mess afterwards. If the room only needed a touch up you'll only get charged for the inspection! This service is designed for convenience to both your business and the renters. Getting charged for a full or even part clean when all we had to do was dust a ceiling fan is a waste of everyone's time. How it works! 1. Schedule the cleaning , then we will inspect the apartment/house and take pictures of any missed spots and clean them afterwards. 2. All items left behind or forgotten about can be brought back to you or disposed of. If the home was mostly cleaned then you won't be charged for just the touchup (only the inspection); if a lot of spots were missed then an itemized bill will be created along with the picture evidence of the missed spots. 3. We will leave behind a clean home ready to be moved into. Our services are very flexible and we love to help make your business stand out from the rest, tell us if you have any special requests! This service is priced hourly ***Duration of this service varies depending on factors such as amount of bedroom/bathrooms, condition of unit, and custom time requests. Final price of service involves how long we clean plus a small "delivery" fee depending how far away your home is from our base of operations. We may come up to one 1 hour before or after your scheduled appointment time.***
